1. What You're Joining · 关于你加入的是什么

Breakthrough Circle is a membership. It starts with the 2nd Brain Intensive, a 2-day in-person intensive (10:00am to 6:00pm daily) at Wisma Peter's, Petaling Jaya, held on the dates of the intake you register for, and includes a monthly Build Day. Each membership is for one person. Each intake is limited to 20 seats, confirmed in order of payment.

Breakthrough Circle 是一个 membership。第一站是 2nd Brain Intensive 两天线下实战, 日期 2026年11月7(六)-8(日) (每日早上10点到傍晚6点), 地点 Wisma Peter's, Petaling Jaya; 之后每月有一场 Build Day。每一份 membership 是一个人的。每一届限额 20 位, 按缴费顺序确认名额。

2. Enrolment & Payment · 缴费与席位确认

Your membership and your seat are confirmed only upon full payment. Seats are confirmed in order of payment received.

全额缴费后 membership 与席位才正式确认, 我们按缴费顺序确认名额。

3. Refund Policy · 退款政策

Membership fees are non-refundable once paid. Your membership starts with a 20-seat hands-on intake: once your seat is confirmed, someone else is turned away.

membership 费一经缴付, 不设退款 (non-refundable)。因为 membership 的第一站是 20 人小班实战课, 你的席位一旦确认, 就意味着另一个人无法报名。

4. Your Membership · 你的 membership

• Non-transferable · 不可转让: Your membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. membership 属于你本人, 不能转让给他人。
• If your membership includes a guest · 如果你的 membership 附有 guest: A guest is not part of a standard membership. This applies only where a guest was confirmed to you in writing when you joined. Your guest is also a member, and you may change your guest to another person at any time by letting us know in writing (WhatsApp / email) with the new guest's name and contact. guest 不是 membership 的标准内容, 这一条只适用于加入时获得我们书面确认附有 guest 的 member。guest 同样是 member; 你随时可以把 guest 换成另一个人, 以书面 (WhatsApp / email) 通知我们, 并提供新 guest 的姓名与联络方式即可。
• If you miss your intake · 没来的那一届: There is no deferral and no refund for an intake you miss, but you may join any later intake instead, subject to seat availability. 不设顺延, 也不因缺席退款; 但你可以改上之后任何一届, 视该届席位而定。

5. Changes by the Organiser · 主办方的权利

In the event of insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, venue issues, pandemic, government restrictions, etc.), Kaloz Production Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an intake. If we cancel, you may join the next intake or receive a full refund. This is the only situation in which a refund applies.

如遇报名人数不足或不可抗力 (天灾、场地问题、疫情、政府管制等), Kaloz Production Sdn Bhd 保留改期或取消该届课程的权利。若因我方原因取消, 你可选择改上下一届, 或获得全额退款。 这是唯一的退款情形。

6. Recording · 课堂录制

This is a fully in-person intensive with no online recording. The fee does not include any video replay. To protect all participants, attendees may not record audio or video during the session.

本课程为纯线下实战, 没有线上录播 (no online recording), 报名费不含任何录像回放。为保障所有学员, 学员不得在课堂内自行录音或录像。

7. Photography & Content · 照片与内容使用

We may capture photos and video during the course for future promotional use. If you prefer not to appear, please inform our team on-site.

我们可能在课程期间拍摄照片或影片作日后宣传用途。若你不希望入镜, 请当天现场告知工作人员。

8. Privacy · 个人资料

Your personal data is used only for enrolment, communication, and course-related notices. We do not resell it to third parties, and we handle it in line with Malaysia's PDPA.

你提供的个人资料仅用于报名、沟通与相关通知, 我们不会转售给第三方, 处理方式符合马来西亚 PDPA。
